The only time you need to be present is if we need access to your attic, this will be communicated beforehand and an appointment will be booked. All estimates and roof work will require access to the driveway, around the out side of the house and the roof.

No, we take care in the work we do. If necessary, we will move and return items in our way or at risk for potential damage to maintain their safety and ours. We thoroughly clean up when we are finished, magnet sweeper and brooms etc.

Driveways often provide the best access to your roof for both material drop off and garbage collection. In the event you have a driveway of concrete and you do not want it to be used, for a surcharge we can make alternative arrangements.

We clean up and take away all the garbage so you don't have to worry about anything. Our team takes extra time to ensure they collect as many nails as possible with the magnet brooms.
