Inspections

Our goal is to ensure your roof has adequate ventilation, that there is not an excess of moisture buildup, and that there are no current leaks or areas with potential to leak. This inspection also looks at your roof accessories (chimney, skylights, vents, etc.) and a general remaining life expectancy of your entire roof.

We inspect for mold or evidence of moisture that could lead to mold and ensure there is proper ventilation. In the case of a much older home we check to ensure there is an appropriate amount of insulation to help prevent excessive icing to the roof. Please note this inspection will require entry to your home.

We can preform an inspection to give you the current quality status of your roof and an approximate remaining life expectancy.
