New Roof

We will work with you and/or your contractor with dates and deadlines to ensure your not left exposed to the elements. Take this time and consider adding some extra flare with some skylights or let's talk gutter protection and install some trough guard. Whether we stick to the basics or add the bells and whistles our main process remains the same.

• Install Ice & Water to the bottom 3ft of the roof deck
• install a Synthetic Membraane to the remaining roof deck
• Install Shingles (GAF recommended), metal or cedar 
• Install Cap, Vents, Flashings
