Do I need a new roof?

- An excess of granular in your eaves trough or downspouts
- Any cracking, staining or heavy sun fade on your shingles

Our work from the roof deck up
- We begin with tearing off the old shingles and inspecting your roof deck for any damages/rotten plywood or problem areas
- We use Ice & Water Shield to cover the bottom 3ft of the roof deck and any problem areas
- We cover the remaining roof deck with a GAF Synthetic Membrane
- Next we install the shingles GAF Timberlines HDZ
- Finished off with GAF Cap, and all new vents and flashings
- A thorough clean up of all debris, the eaves troughs, the yard with a magnet sweep and the laneway
